HAIRBALL GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary. A purchase is not required to enter or win.
2. Eligibility. Entrants must be at least 19 years of age at the time of entry to be eligible to win.
3. Nebraska Lottery Prize Drawings. One winner of 10 Nebraska Lottery tickets will be selected at the end of September 2026 from each participating sponsor’s registration box. An additional winner will be selected in mid-October 2026 from each participating sponsor’s registration box.
4. Hairball Concert Prize. One winner will be selected in mid-October 2026 to receive two tickets to the Concert for Health Care featuring Hairball, taking place October 17, 2026, at Kiplinger Arena.
5. Limit One Prize Per Household. Only one prize may be awarded per household.
6. Employees Ineligible. Employees of High Plains Radio, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
7. Winner Selection. All winners will be selected in accordance with the contest procedures established by High Plains Radio. All decisions of High Plains Radio are final.
8. Prize Acceptance. Winners must accept their prize within 15 days of being contacted by High Plains Radio. If a winner does not claim or accept the prize within 15 days, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
9. Prize Substitution. High Plains Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
10. Sponsor/Station Rights. High Plains Radio reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or attempts to interfere with the operation of the contest.

High Plains Radio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
