Community Hospital Health Foundation recently launched a new initiative, the Community Hospital Health Foundation Community Partnership. The Health Foundation’s Community Partnership program promotes business sponsorship support at both of its major community events, the Community Hospital Pro-Am at Heritage Hills and the Concert for Healthcare. “These events provide entertainment and economic stimulus for our area while raising awareness and funds to improve healthcare in Southwest Nebraska and Northwest Kansas,” said Jessica Bortner, Executive Director of Community Hospital Health Foundation.

Businesses that partner with the Health Foundation receive sponsorship promotion, event benefits at the Pro-Am and concert, and business wellness opportunities though Community Hospital’s Community Outreach program. Wellness opportunities are aimed at improving the health and wellness of the community and include business health fairs, monthly wellness newsletters, and tailored wellness presentations. Offerings also include classes for CPR training, Stop the Bleed, and fire extinguisher training.

Partnerships are being accepted for this year’s Community Hospital Pro-Am at Heritage Hills on August 21, 22, and 23 and the Concert for Healthcare staring Phil Vassar and Brandon Lay at the Kiplinger Arena on October 17.  Sponsors can still support the events individually. Sponsorship levels this year have been “Covidized” (reduced) to encourage business participation and are aimed at covering the costs of these two major events. Partnerships and Pro-Am golf teams should be submitted by July 25. The Health Foundation looks forward to promoting the many business partners in the area.
