The Kansas State High School Activities Association released the Sub-State brackets and pairing for Saturday’s matches. A complete breakdown and links to the brackets are below.
Oberlin, Rawlins County, and St. Francis will all participate in the same 1A-DI Sub-State, which will take place at Stockton High School in Stockton.
Oberlin(12-22) drew the #7 seed and matched with #2 seed Rock Hills(21-14) in the first round, with an approximate start time of 2:30 p.m. You can hear coverage of the match on 101.1 KFNF, starting with pregame at approximately 2:15 p.m.
Rawlins County(16-18) drew the #5 seed and will take on #4 seed Lakeside(16-18) in the first round with first serve set for 1:00 p.m.
St. Francis(24-12) drew the #1 seed in the tournament and will have a first-round bye as they await the Rawlins County and Lakeside match winner.

Northern Valley, Wheatland/Grinnell, and Golden Plains will all participate in the same 1A-DII Sub-State, which will take place at Wheatland/Grinnell High School located in Grainfield.
Golden Plains(17-20) drew the #3 seed and will take on #6 Thunder Ridge for their first match of the day with an approximate start time of 2:30 p.m.
Wheatland/Grinnell(30-7) drew the #1 seed and will await the Logan/Palco and Western Plains/Healy match winner.
Northern Valley(24-13) drew the #2 seed and will await the Golden Plains and Thunder Ridge Match winner.

Cheylin will travel to Tribune for their 1A-DII Sub-State tournament, which will be held at Greeley County High School.
Cheylin(15-18) drew the #3 seed and will take on #6 Weskan(2-27) in the tournament’s first round with an approximate start time of 2:30 p.m.

Hoxie will travel to Syracuse High School to participate in their 2A Sub-State tournament.
Hoxie(30-4) drew the #1 Seed and is matched with #8 seed Sublette High School(2-28), with game time set for 2:00 PM Central Time.
